What I'm loving

Inspiration is a funny thing; somedays you can't turn it off, others you can't find it - you search every nook and cranny of your mind browse the computer close your eyes…nothin'  … so frustrating 

I've been suffering from a little inspiration drought  (I'm going to blame it on all the packing and Australia organization) hotbynight is back at it!  

But I found a little snippet to dwell on after reading "Eat, Pray, Love" (amazing story!) and here's one of my favorite quotes from the book.

"If you're brave enough to leave behind everything familiar and comforting, which can be anything from your house to bitter, old resentments, and set out on a truth-seeking journey, either externally or internally, and if you are truly willing to regard everything that happens to you on that journey as a clue and if you accept everyone you meet along the way as a teacher and if you are prepared, most of all, to face and forgive some very difficult realities about yourself, then the truth will not be withheld from you."

Seems fitting since in only10 days I move to the other side of the world!  

Oh, and I went for a daring new haircut too! shaved a wee portion and changed the color.  It was so liberating to try something new!  And I've had so many beautiful comments from people who actually "get" what it's like to think outside the box and live a little… I'll attach a photo or two ;)  Let me know what you think?
