Lazy Sundays

Sometimes a lazy day can end up being the most fabulous of all.
Gladly staying in my pj's till the some comes up for a second time!

“People say, 'I'm going to sleep now,' as if it were nothing. But it's really a bizarre activity. 'For the next several hours, while the sun is gone, I'm going to become unconscious, temporarily losing command over everything I know and understand. When the sun returns, I will resume my life."
The bed is a bundle of paradoxes:  we go to it with reluctance, yet we quit it with regret; we make up our minds every night to leave it early, but we make up our bodies every morning to keep it late.
“Dreaming permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane every night.”
Life is too short to sleep on low thread-count sheets.

“I love sleep. My life has the tendency to fall apart when I'm awake, you know?”
If people were meant to pop out of bed, we'd all sleep in toasters.
“I want to go to sleep in my time machine and wake up eight hours in the future.”
Most people do not consider dawn to be an attractive experience - unless they are still up.
