Get Stoned.

Rocks, Stones, bullet shells, basically anything shiny and eye catching. Over the years, I've acquired a collection of cut rocks, amethysts and unpolished stones. Growing up I thought they were so rare and beautiful (its not like you could find them at the beach)

Now it's got me thinking, rings, earrings, necklaces. Just looking at them inspires me.

I started to notice the trend when I was looking around Urban Outfitters. More and more, girls from all over sporting the look.
These large gems are such a signature piece. That "one of a kind" find. I'm definitely going to have to put my collection to use, and mount some of my rarest pieces and show them off.

With the right tools this could be a fun project for a rainy day like today...
